CDSS Newsletter
Challenge:
Create a new, 508 compliant newsletter for the Veterans Affairs’ Clinically Driven Strategic Sourcing program that grabs the attention of a busy audience in the medical field.
Solution:
I collaborated with SMEs and VA stakeholders to design a new newsletter from the ground up for the VA’s Clinically Driven Strategic Sourcing program. We focused on highlighting bite-sized snippets of longer articles and incorporated clickable “Read more” links so the audience could easily scroll through the newsletter to find what they needed. I created the icons in Illustrator and designed the layout in InDesign, following 508 compliance guidelines through each step of the process.
